When putting together a team, the talents of the respective employees are decisive, explains Richard de Hoop in the video. And do they know how they can further develop and train it? „What we need in companies is people who know their talents and who continuously refine them“, says the motivator.

In order to illustrate this in his presentations and workshops, Richard de Hoop uses music as a metaphor.
