5 Sterne Redner

Outstanding success in the US for Global Topspeaker Richard de Hoop

[Translate to English:] 5 Sterne Redner Richard de Hoop in den USA

Entert®ainer Richard de Hoop from the Netherlands delighted his American public in Reading, USA on February 11th. His keynote with music -„From solist to full, melodious orchestra“ was extremely well received by participants from the US, Brazil, Mexico and Peru. Richard and his amazing Team presented their fantastic show on the subject of teambuilding with music in their usual dynamic style and passion.

Participants are now aware which musical instruments they represent themselves, recognize the leading instruments of their team members and are aware oft the dynamics and requirements of harmonious team building based on the metaphor music. Before attending the event all team members were asked to fill in Richard’s online orchestra test. Based on those results participants understood very clearly why having only drums in a team cannot make happy team members. It is the variety of the full orchestra which makes the music play fully and harmoniously.

Some testimonials stated that this keynote from Europe represented the best part of any communication meeting ever! Here a great participant comment from Glen Steady (CEO Quadrant EPP):

"Richard is great, a real pro. His material is presented in a unique fashion keeping attendee’s interest for the entire time, leaving them both well informed and highly entertained! Nobody leaves disappointed – everything provided is of great value. Content gives a clear picture of the teams’ abilities and every team members place within it. People learn where they are the most powerful in their team and how to use each team members’ strengths in the most effective way as well as where/how to develop individually as a team member. Clever use of instrument analogies and music improves the audiences listening skills and intuitive responses and helps them remember the content."
