Dr. Görlitz invited at the 100th birthday of Thor Heyerdahl

It was a huge honor and pleasure for Global Top Speaker and extreme sailor Dr. Dominique Görlitz to be in the evening event on October 6th, 2014. 50 guests from all over the world came to celebrate this evening in order to commemorate the legacy of the great Norwegian explorer. He was sitting on the table where raft sailors from Aku-Aku, RA I & RA II and TIGRIS have enjoyed the evening. Later they all had nice talks together and have re-freshed our memories and friendship.

On the next day Dr. Görlitz had his presentations. So, he organized a seminar with colleagues of many fields of work. Together they discussed several options how we can continue in the wake of Thor Heyerdahl. One goal is to discover and develop new information from old knowledge, to make yesterday’s ancient knowledge matter for today and tomorrow’s civilizations, and to change individual attitude and behavior to preserve our one ocean and island earth.
