Highest speakers’ award for Boris Nikolai Konrad and Ilja Grzeskowitz

It is considered to be the ultimate accolade in the speaking profession – and as many as two Germans have now been honoured with it: Memory Trainer Dr. Boris Nikolai Konrad as well as Change Expert Ilja Grzeskowitz - both from the renowned Global Topspeakers Agency –have been awarded the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation by the National Speakers Association of America. This is the highest international accreditation for professional keynote speakers. 

Even the CSP application itself already represents a major challenge. Among others, the list of requirements includes the presentation of commercial records of the past five years, the documentation of at least 250 paid presentations delivered within this period and a high number of top evaluations by principals and clients alike.

Dr. Boris Nikolai Konrad, who – as the world champion in memorising names – is also well known from German TV shows such as “Wetten, dass…?“ ("Wanna bet?"), and „Deutschlands Superhirn” (Germany’s equivalent to “Superhuman”) has overcome all these obstacles and was very pleased with his acceptance into the speakers’ elite. „The CSP medal is a recognition of our work and provides the speaker’s profession with even more credibility“, says Konrad.

Even seven-time book author and international guest speaker Ilja Grzeskowitz could not stop himself when he found the letter of the National Speakers Association in his mail box – he started cheering right away. The Change Expert pointed out that nobody could buy this award but that it is the result of years and years of hard work.

The seal of quality „Certified Speaking Professional“ is the ultimate international measure for the qualification of a speaker. Only seven per cent of all professional speakers worldwide are allowed to bear this title, amounting to only 20 people in Germany. The official award ceremony for Dr. Boris Nikolai Konrad and Ilja Grzeskowitz will take place in July in Phoenix, Arizona.
