Steve Kroeger: Learning self-motivation by setting efficient goals

Mountain climber and author Steve Kroeger understands the importance of self-motivation – and how it leads to truly efficient results. On “unternehmer.de”, the German online trade magazine on the foundation of companies and on business management, the Global Topspeaker published an article on how to learn self-motivation.

According to Kroeger, achieving personal goals or not does not depend on whether we motivate ourselves to accomplish them but whether the goals motivate us. In this context, the multiple award-winning motivation coach counts on 7 principles of success:

Clarity of goals, focus, support, mindfulness, intuition, celebrating milestones, sustainability.

If you want to figure out what you really want, the first thing to do is to turn off your head. If you want to be successful, you need to be able to let go and to say “no” once in a while. People who support and inspire us deserve a “Thank you” and a part of our time. It is important to look closely and to keep an eye on yourself. It pays off to listen to your gut feeling. Celebrating success means looking back and being aware of what has already been achieved. Long-term changes are only accomplished by repeatedly taking action. If all these principles are in balance, we can achieve many of the goals we have set ourselves.

Steve Kroeger documented his experiences and adventures regarding motivation and team spirit as well as the principles presented in above-mentioned article in his “7 SUMMITS Strategy”. So far, the Global Topspeaker has received six awards for this unique motivation concept including the “Award of Excellence in further Education“ and the speaker’s award 2015 for „Best Brand“ and 2016 for „Best Performer“. His book „The 7 SUMMITS Strategy – Reaching your Personal Summit with Serenity“ was published in eleven countries and is available in three languages.
